The demand for electricity, essential for the simplest to the most sophisticated tasks, has grown
a lot in recent years. Its generation can be from renewable or non-renewable sources, a latent
concern due to the damage caused to the environment. In Brazil, much of the electricity comes
from hydroelectric plants, which is a renewable source, but is vulnerable to climate variations
that cause water crises. As an alternative for the generation of clean energy, there is solar
energy, captured from photovoltaic panels. By identifying that most of those interested in this
energy source are residential facilities, small businesses and service providers and that this
technology requires a bankable investment, this study was dedicated to identifying which line
of financing is more attractive in the context of the city of Veranópolis. Therefore, resellers and
financial institutions were interviewed, the values needed for the installation and which lines of
financing were available, considering interest rates, amortization systems and debt payment terms. Finally, the research achieves the identification of the financing line and amortization
system that presents the lowest financial cost. |
