O assédio moral nas trabalhadoras calçadistas no município de Rolante/RS

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem por finalidade estudar de que maneira o assédio está presente dentro das relações de trabalho das mulheres nas indústrias calçadistas na cidade de Rolante/RS. O assédio moral, o assédio sexual e a discriminação são algumas formas de abuso no dia a dia das trabalhadoras, demonstrando que mesmo com a globalização e com os avanços tecnológicos muitas mulheres ficam expostas a sofrer práticas constrangedoras, violentas, vexatórias e humilhantes de seu superior hierárquico e até mesmo de colegas, o que traz abalo psicológico à vítima interferindo no seu ambiente de trabalho, em sua vida familiar em sua família e na vida social. O tema desse assunto foi escolhido devido a autora deste trabalho ter sofrido assédio moral, no tempo em que trabalhou em indústrias de calçados desse município. A metodologia utilizada foi uma pesquisa descritiva com método quantitativo, realizada através de questionário aplicado através de grupos de WhatsApp, sendo que as participantes foram mulheres que trabalhadoras da indústria calçadista. O questionário ficou disponível no Google Forms, de 15/06 a 31/06, totalizando 42 respondentes. Dentro dos resultados obtidos, constata-se que a maioria das mulheres participantes têm Ensino Fundamental ou Ensino Superior completo, com baixo nível salarial e posicionam-se como esclarecidas sobre as formas do que seja assédio moral. A partir desse reconhecimento, indicam haver um considerável percentual de mulheres vítimas de algum tipo de assédio ou constrangimento dentro do ambiente laboral, muitas vezes de forma discreta e comportamentos que evitam a exposição. Entre os limitantes para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa, percebeu-se a falta de bibliografia sobre o assunto no setor calçadista, as restrições de tempo e acesso ao questionário, as dificuldades dos respondentes em acessar o questionário devido ao grau de escolaridade ou aparelho incompatível e o Sindicato dos Trabalhadores de Rolante não possuem relatórios das vítimas que fazem as denúncias.

The present work aims to study how harassment is present within the work relationships of women in the footwear industries in the city of Rolante/RS. Moral harassment, sexual harassment and discrimination are some forms of abuse in the daily lives of workers, demonstrating that even with globalization and technological advances many women are exposed to embarrassing, violent, vexatious and humiliating practices from their superiors. hierarchical and even colleagues, which brings psychological shock to the victim, interfering with their work environment, their family life, their family and social life. The theme of this subject was chosen because the author of this work suffered moral harassment, when she worked in the shoe industries of this municipality. The methodology used was a descriptive research with a quantitative method, carried out through a questionnaire applied through WhatsApp groups, and the participants were women who worked in the footwear industry. The questionnaire was available on Google Forms from 06/15 to 06/31, totaling 42 respondents. Among the results obtained, it appears that most of the participating women have completed Elementary School or Higher Education, with a low salary level and position themselves as enlightened about the forms of what is moral harassment. Based on this recognition, they indicate that there is a considerable percentage of women who are victims of some type of harassment or embarrassment within the work environment, often in a discreet way and behaviors that avoid exposure. Among the limitations for the development of the research, it was noticed the lack of bibliography on the subject in the footwear sector, the restrictions of time and access to the questionnaire, the difficulties of the respondents in accessing the questionnaire due to the level of education or incompatible device and the Rolante Workers Union do not have reports of victims who make the complaints.
