Avaliação institucional: possibilidade para a promoção de uma educação de qualidade

Abstract

A presente pesquisa se propôs a analisar as possíveis contribuições da avaliação institucional para a promoção da qualidade da Educação Básica. O estudo se caracterizou como uma pesquisa qualitativa de cunho bibliográfico, sendo que o elemento de fundamentação foi o embasamento teórico de pesquisas de diferentes autores sobre o assunto, destacando:, Dias Sobrinho (2003), Dourado (2007), Esteban (2000), , Libâneo (2012), Luck (2012), Melchior (2004) Rios (2007) e, sem detrimento de outras contribuições. A pesquisa identificou os elementos balizadores da avaliação institucional, possibilitando compreender os pontos que a constituem e que, consequentemente, contribuem para a construção de uma educação de qualidade. Sendo assim, sem a pretensão de apresentar receita ou respostas prontas e acabadas para esse processo, esta pesquisa poderá servir de embasamento para reflexões e contribuir para a estruturação dos diversos elementos que compõe a avaliação institucional, considerando que não se trata de uma prática comum na Educação Básica.

The present research proposed to analyze the possible contributions of the institutional evaluation for the promotion of the quality of Basic Education. The study was characterized as a qualitative research of a bibliographic character, being that the element of foundation was the theoretical base of researches of different authors on the subject, highlighting: Dias Sobrinho (2003), Dourado (2007), Esteban (2000), , Libran (2012), Luck (2012), Melchior (2004) Rios (2007) and, without detriment to other contributions. The research identified the elements that guide institutional evaluation, making it possible to understand the points that constitute it and, consequently, contribute to the construction of a quality education. Thus, without the pretension to present a ready or finished prescription or response to this process, this research may serve as a basis for reflections and contribute to the structuring of the various elements that make up the institutional evaluation, considering that this is not a common practice in Basic education.
