Construindo pontes entre Educação Profissional e Tecnológica e o mundo do trabalho para alunos concluintes do ensino fundamental

Abstract

Acompanhando estudos e pesquisas, identifiquei que o problema da descontinuidade da trajetória escolar e a não conclusão da Educação Básica atinge todo o Brasil. Por essa razão, há a necessidade de ampliação do debate sobre escolarização e trabalho para o público que está em transição do Ensino Fundamental para o Ensino Médio. O objetivo do trabalho é apresentar o percurso da investigação sobre a transição do Ensino Fundamental para o Ensino Médio, na perspectiva da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica; a elaboração do Produto Educacional (PE) para apoiar a continuidade da Educação Básica; e a aplicação do PE, o qual mobilizou os estudantes a dar continuidade na trajetória escolar, inclusive na modalidade PROEJA. A base teórica da ProfEPT contribui com a compreensão da dualidade estrutural existente no país. Autores como Moura (2010), Frigotto (2010), Saviani (2007),Ramos (2010), Freire (1985), Benvenuti (2003) entre outros, fundamentam a pesquisa e contribuem na criação do PE. A metodologia tem por base a pesquisa qualitativa, aplicada, descritiva-exploratória e participativa. Os resultados demonstraram o desconhecimento dos estudantes participantes da pesquisa sobre as opções de Ensino Médio, Ensino Médio Integrado à Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (EPT), PROEJA e indicaram a necessidade de elaborar uma proposta de ensino, a qual foi denominada Maleta Pedagógica, contendo recursos que incentivam o aluno do Ensino Fundamental a se interessar pelo Ensino Médio Integrado à EPT e conhecer as políticas públicas de acesso e permanência disponíveis. A maleta contém: contos, que são histórias de ficção, com representações de situações que podem acontecer ou já aconteceram com diversas pessoas durante sua trajetória escolar, permitindo o uso de recursos do imaginário literário; vídeos educativos divididos em seis episódios, com informações sobre Ensino Médio Integrado à EPT e; um Livro-caixinha com cem perguntas reflexivas sobre educação e trabalho. A aplicação da Maleta Pedagógica envolveu dezoito participantes, orientada de modo remoto no contexto de Pandemia de Covid19. Foi avaliada positivamente pelos envolvidos, desvelando sucesso na realidade escolar da rede pública de ensino na Região Metropolitana de Porto Alegre. Concluiu-se que o produto educacional atendeu aos objetivos de forma satisfatória e original no contexto escolar, sendo uma estratégia eficaz na orientação desses estudantes na travessia dessa ponte entre essas duas etapas da Educação Básica. Trata-se de um material potente para fazer a diferença na vida dos estudantes.

Having followed studies and researches, I identified that the problem of the discontinuity of school trajectory and the non-conclusion of the Elementary School affects all of Brazil. For this reason, there is the need for amplifying the debate about schooling and work for the public that is transitioning from the Elementary School to the High School. The goal of this work is to present the investigation path on the transition from the Elementary School to the High School, in the Professional and Technological Education approach; the elaboration of the Educational Product (EP) to support the continuity of the Elementary School; and the application of EP, which mobilized the students to proceed their school trajectory, even those in PROEJA segment. Authors like Moura (2010), Frigotto (2010), Saviani (2007), Ramos (2010), Freire (1985), Benvenuti (2003), support the research and contribute in the creation of PE, among others. The methodology is based on the qualitative, applied, exploratory-descriptive and participative research. The results demonstrate the lack of knowledge of the participating students of the research about the options in High School, High School Integrated to Professional and Technological Education (EPT), PROEJA and the results also indicated the necessity to elaborate a teaching proposal, which was named Pedagogical Case and it contains resources that encourage the Elementary School students to feel interest in High School integrated to EPT and to know the available public politics related to the access and permanence. The case contains: short stories, which are fictional stories about situations that can happen or have already happened with a great number of people during their school trajectory, allowing the use of resources from the literary imaginary; educational videos, divided in six episodes, with information related to High School Integrated to EPT and; a Little box-book with one hundred reflective questions on Education and Work. The application of the Pedagogical Case has involved eighteen participants, who were remotely oriented due to the pandemic context of the Covid-19. It was positively assessed by the involved students, revealing success in the school reality of the public school in Porto Alegre Metropolitan region. It was concluded in an original and satisfactory way in the school environment, being an effective strategy in guiding those students crossing the bridge between these two levels of Basic Education. It is a powerful material to do the difference in students’ lives.
