MuseMEP: fortalecer e preservar a memória das Mostras de Educação Profissional da rede pública estadual do RS

Abstract

Este trabalho aborda o desenvolvimento de um produto educacional durante a realização de pesquisa de Mestrado junto ao Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação Profissional e Tecnológica. Dada a fragilidade no processo de salvaguarda do patrimônio histórico-educativo, resultante da realização anual das Mostras da Educação Profissional da rede pública estadual, compreendidas enquanto espaço não formal de ensino, estabeleceu-se como objetivo: conceber e implementar, junto aos atores constituintes das Mostras, um processo de mediação crítica para a preservação da memória por meio da elaboração, desenvolvimento e implementação de um Museu Virtual Interativo, o MuseMEP. A natureza desta pesquisa é aplicada e a metodologia utilizada foi qualitativa em caráter exploratório, descritivo e participante, dada a interação entre os pesquisadores e os membros das situações investigadas. Inicialmente, foi realizada a revisão bibliográfica, além de acessos em sites na internet. Seguiu-se a elaboração do software do museu virtual e, para coletar os dados da avaliação do produto, foi utilizado um questionário online com questões previamente estruturadas. Esses dados foram analisados e conclui-se que, apesar dos desafios que ainda se fazem presentes, o MuseMEP alcançou seu propósito de contribuir no fortalecimento e preservação das memórias oriundas das Mostras, ampliando o acesso a este patrimônio, até então, ameaçado de esquecimento.

This paper addresses the development of an educational product during the Master's research the Postgraduate Program in Professional and Technological Education. Given the fragility in the process of safeguarding the historical-educational heritage resulting from the annual holding of the Professional Education Exhibitions of the state public network, understood as a non-formal educational space, the objective was established: to conceive and implement, together with the constituent actors of the Exhibitions, a critical mediation process for the preservation of memory, with the elaboration, development and implementation of an Interactive Virtual Museum, the MuseMEP. The nature of this research is applied and the methodology used was qualitative, exploratory, descriptive and participant, given the interaction between researchers and the members of the situations investigated. Initially, a bibliographic review was performed, in addition to access on sites on the Internet. It was followed by the development of the software of the virtual museum and to collect data from the evaluation of the product was used an online questionnaire with questions previously structured. These data were analyzed and it is concluded that, despite the challenges that are still present, the MuseMEP achieved its purpose of contributing to the strengthening and preservation of the memories from the Exhibitions, widening the access to this heritage that until then was threatened by oblivion.
