Abstract

O presente trabalho, com tema amplamente pesquisado e redigido, que se refere à liderança, reflete os assuntos pesquisados em bibliografia específica, onde conceitos de liderança, teorias e relações interpessoais que identificam ações e atitudes que demonstram e identificam verdadeiras e necessárias qualidades, fundamentais ao sucesso da pessoa que desempenha qualquer função de liderança. Especificações próprias dos autores pesquisados acabam sendo referidas em momentos distintos, mesmo que de modos diferentes, reforçando dessa forma, quase que uma certa unanimidade, entre os mesmos, do que vem a ser importante e relevante no que tange ao assunto. Características comuns entre líderes, formas de agir ou lidar em situações de pressão, no objetivo de atenderem e responderem de forma eficaz às demandas da organização por eles representados. Conhecedora dessas características, surge a proposta de que o ensino, já na escola, seja direcionado a que sejam lapidadas as mesmas, de forma que o aluno chegue mais preparado ao mercado de trabalho, com ferramentas desejadas e esperadas pelas organizações. Ferramentas essas que identificarão e definirão os futuros líderes e vencedores no mercado de trabalho.
